M. P. BAIRD, has more than 45 years of experience in mechanical engineering and research. Malcolm is an engineer with vast experience in hydrogen powered engines for all types of vehicles, boats and generators. He pioneered the marketing of hybrid fuel systems for cars and trucks in Australia via websites and advertisements and amongst others has worked in the power generation, security and telecommunications industries and as an engineer with a major UK ship building company.

Malcolm is the Chairman of the Company, a shareholder and also a director. Malcolm looks after the research and technology aspect of the expanding hydrogen fuel side of REAL’s business especially mentoring on the risks and safety issues. Malcolm carries out all the pre-qualifications of project work plus he oversees quality control and all aspects of documentation for the company.

Dr. R. S. TING, has more than 25 years of professional experience in business development and Build Operate Transfer (BOT) arrangements. Raymond is a qualified accountant and a professional company secretary. Dr Ting is heavily involved in funding innovative science projects worldwide. From 1993 till 2000, Raymond headed the Csepel Machine Tools Works Hungarian precision machine tools manufacturing operations in Budapest and was directly involved in its turnaround programmes, including developing markets in Europe, Asia and USA. Dr Ting championed the Boeing offset programmes with Hungary and is still active in pioneering its development.

Dr Ting is the President and Group CEO of the Company, a shareholder and also its managing director. As well as co-ordinating all aspects of REAL’s projects and setting the direction and pace, Dr Ting also takes care of business development and technology innovation within the Group.

J. H. CSAK, has more than 40 years experience in engine and mechanical repairs for trucks, buses, ships and machines. Jozsef is a qualified master mechanic and has worked for major oilfield international drilling contractors such as Transocean, Maersk Drilling, Gulf Drilling, Atwoods, and has also conducted some specific mechanical surveys for Occidental in the Middle East. Jozsef has strong operational understanding of most mechanical equipment and is keen on maintenance and repair of the rigs equipment for both onshore and offshore drilling rig installations. When onboard the Stena Clyde off Barrow, Mr Csak was one of lead technicians assigned to repair ancillary engine room equipment as a result of a major fire which required 3 months offshore repairs.

Csak is a director and partner of the Company and also its shareholder. Csak experience with hydrogen goes back many years where he experimented and mastered the art of harvesting hydrogen safely and for use as fuel in internal combustion engines such as for buses, trucks and generators. Csak is responsible for the training of mechanics and liaises closely with the technology and design team to make practical recommendations for all matters relating to the project.

H. S. DIAZ, has more than 25 years in professional electronics engineering. Diaz has a proven background in the field of oil and gas in electromechanical measurements, field data acquisition and wireline operations, monitoring and control systems. Diaz spent more than 20 years of his career as a professional engineer with Schlumberger Oilfield Services.

Diaz is a Senior Vice President and shareholder/partner of the Company. He is in-charged of all engineering, certifications and automation . He is also in-charged of business developments.

M.G. KOH, has more than 20 years professional experience gained and developed in international offshore construction, mainly in the Asia-Pacific, India, Middle-East, West Africa and Australasia Regions. Koh has demonstrated his proficiency in numerous capacities which include key positions as Engineering Manager, Projects Advisor, Director of Projects and the Asia-Pacific Area Vice-President for Global Industries of a NASDAQ listed company. Koh oversees and maintains a strong involvement in design engineering, offshore installation engineering, project management, and corporate management.

Koh is our director and shareholder. He is in-charged of all offshore support and marine engineering support services within the Group.

Dr. J.Y. WEE, has more than 40 years experience as a professional management with the Singapore Government and has advised on numerous critical offset projects. Dr. Wee has worked successfully with several public listed companies in Asia and served as independent directors for numerous companies listed on AIM and NASDAQ. Dr Wee manages private equity funds and projects in excess of USD1 billion regionally and advises a series of long term high net worth individuals on investment, M&A and restructuring.

Dr Wee has many years of administering offset programmes. Dr Wee is an adviser and partner within the Group. Dr Wee takes care of our commodity trading and strategic business development unit.

Capt. Kevin PEIPER, Master Mariner , has more than 30 years experience in Offshore Marine Services and Engineering worldwide. From Fishing , Aquaculture and Commercial diving beginnings, including Cruise Ship Master and Ship Broker, he went on to major projects Offshore in the Oil & Gas Support Industries. He has developed his considerable expertise and strong industry networks while serving in various levels of management.. He has held numerous key positions in the Company on project development and implementation with control of high value contracts. He is also keenly involved in our diversity into Green Energy and alternate Marine Transport including W.I.G Technolgies .

Capt. Peiper is our CEO for the Marine and Offshore Division.

Y.S. CHOY has 38 years experience in shipbuilding, ship repair and conversion in major shipyards in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Indonesia. Choy holds a diploma in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering and ship management. Choy is a Partner and takes care of business development in ship brokering, financing and all aspects of overseeing repairs, valuations and certifications under various classification codes. Choy is a business partner based in Singapore and looks after vessel chartering, floating hotels and offshore vessel and equipment brokering.

J. E.H. ONG has more than 10 years experience in business development and IT. Ong is our partner for South East Asia. He is active in commodity trading and green energy marketing and business development.
