Scope consists of marine transportation studies and offshore pipeline installation engineering for 26 numbers of rigid pipelines and 4 numbers of partial replacement pipelines.  To be installed between 2008 and 2011.  Engineering analyses include barge stability and seafastening design for marine transportation of rigid pipelines and flexible pipeline reels, static and dynamic pipelay, anchor and bow-string start-ups, abandonment & recovery, weld repair, and riser installation using multiple davit lifts.
