MG Koh – Managing Director Mr. Koh has developed an extensive career and experience in international offshore construction for twenty-five years, mainly in the Asia-Pacific, India, Middle-East, West Africa and Australasia Regions. He has demonstrated his proficiency in numerous capacities which include key positions as Engineering Manager, Projects Advisor, Director of Projects and the Asia-Pacific Area Vice-President for Global Industries of a NASDAQ listed company. He oversees and maintains a strong involvement in design engineering, offshore installation engineering, project management, and corporate management.
Kueh Yong Say – Director Mr. Kueh has developed his considerable expertise in the offshore construction industry throughout a career spanning more than thirty years. Much of his experience was gained while serving in various levels of management with the functional organization of J Ray McDermott. He has held numerous key positions in the company including project/operations engineer, barge operations management and project management of high value contracts.
Yenny Wong – Director Ms Yenny Wong has been involved in sales & marketing for over ten years and recently ventured into the manpower supply of the dynamic oil & gas industry. She is also the Managing Director of Merit Offshore Support Services Sdn Bhd (MERIT), an affiliated company of REAL and Real Offshore Marine Engineering Sdn Bhd (ROME).
Ir. Ragbir S. Dhillon - Engineering Director Ir. Dhillon is a pipeline cum structural engineer, and has nearly twenty-three years of experience in construction engineering design & analysis of complex installation problems, most of which was with J.Ray McDermott. He has developed a hands-on approach to analysis of a multitude of offshore installation engineering problems including but not limited to structural heavy lifts, pipelay, marine transportation, FPSO/FSO loading & mooring design and many others.
Kathiravan Subramaniam – Operations Director Mr. Kathi has more than twenty years of experience in offshore construction, mainly in the Asia-Pacific region, with major companies like Saipem, OPI, TLO, Global Industries and J Ray McDermott. He has extensive experience in project & operations management, cost control, planning and estimating.
Ir. Dr. Ming-Tuck Sam - Engineering Manager Dr Sam obtained his B.Eng. with 1st Class honors in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1986 and a Ph.D. in 1992 from the same university. He has more than 17 years of experience in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry. He has published several technical papers related to the offshore oil & gas industry in international conferences and journals. He has served in various capacities in major companies such as McDermott, Bechtel, ExxonMobil and TL Offshore. He has extensive experience in the detailed design and installation engineering of offshore structures and pipelines. He is a registered professional engineer in Malaysia.
Warapong Tan – Proposals Manager Mr. Warapong has more than ten years in offshore project management, and has gained considerable exsperience in the Projects and Proposal Department. He is well adept in the pricing of project tenders with accuracy to achieve a desirable outcome.
